Ingredients:

  • 6″ Cookie Sticks

  • Oreo Cookies (we used Double Stuffed)

  • White Baking Chips (or colored candy melts)

  • Food coloring (gel is the best for melting)

  • Coconut oil

  • Sprinkles – (we used jumbo hearts, mini hearts, and sugar pearls)

  • 3 Microwave-Safe cups or bowls

  • Parchment Paper

  • Disposable Candy Piping Bag (optional, for drizzle decorations)

Directions:

  1. Start by twisting and separating the Oreos into two halves.

  2. In a microwave-safe cup or bowl, melt a small amount of white chocolate and a 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil in 20-second increments, stirring between each heat

  3. Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted candy, and sandwich it between both halves of the Oreo.

  4. Allow the chocolate to cool and firm completely before moving on to the next step. A quick trip to the freezer will speed up the process if you’re in a hurry.

  5. Fill a microwave-safe cup about 2/3 full of white chocolate and a 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil, and melt in the microwave (again using 20-second increments and stirring afterward). Add food coloring of choice and stir.

  6. Dip the Oreo pop into the melted chocolate allowing the candy to completely cover the cookie, and then lay the cookie pop on a sheet of parchment paper to cool and firm up.

  7. Add sprinkles or drizzle while the chocolate is still wet (if desired).

  8. Repeat the process for each additional color of melted white chocolate.

  9. Enjoy!
